Heart-Tech Health is the next phase of development in Dr. Suzanne Steinbaum’s proprietary methodology for preventative cardiology. This treatment is applied in her New York-based private practice and her health-tech program that empowers primary care practitioners to stop heart disease from being the #1 killer of women.

Eduardo J. Cabrita
RCS, RVS. Dual registered in cardiac and vascular ultrasound. Eddie has been in the ultrasound field since 1997.
Registered through Cardiovascular Credentialing International as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer and a Registered Vascular Specialist.
Eddie brings his amazing skills and talents, as well as a little bit of laughter!
Rachel Parker
Dr. Steinbaum’s Physician Assistant - helps to coordinate and facilitate patient care. She first met Dr. Steinbaum while working at Lenox Hill Hospital. They later both found themselves at Beth Israel then Mt. SInai and now they have settled in the new location (with a few stops at the shoe store in between!).
Sthefanie Severino
Dr. Steinbaum's medical assistant, Sthefanie is in charge of preparing treatment rooms for clinical examinations, assisting with medical procedures and other patient care, collecting patient medical histories, vitals, test results, and other information for medical records while maintaining strict confidentiality. Sthefanie has been in the medical field for eight years and has been with Dr. Steinbaum since 2018. She has followed Dr. Steinbaum to her new location.

Our Packages of Care:
Comprehensive Program
For new patients and those with presenting cardiological symptoms. Includes:
Introductory in-office visit Dr. Steinbaum and a complete battery of testing.
Followup telemed, diet and exercise Rx, medications and/or supplement Rx.
Full-service testing and in-office check-up every four months.
Regular telemed appointments to track progress and refine prescriptions.
Remote Patient Monitoring support.
Email support.
Quarterly Program
For existing patients needing ongoing treatment for past or present cardiological symptoms. Includes:
Full service testing and in-office check-up with Dr. Steinbaum every four months.
Followup telemed, diet and exercise Rx, medications and/or supplement Rx.
Remote Patient Monitoring support, as needed.
Email support.
Bi-Annual Program
For existing patients tracking treatment progress. Includes testing twice a year (one comprehensive testing and one with testing as advised by Dr. Steinbaum) with follow-up telemed consultation.
Annual Evaluation
For new and existing patients, annual or initial visit to determine treatment plan, if needed.
Introductory in-office visit Dr. Steinbaum and a complete battery of testing.
Followup telemed to discuss results and if necessary recommend further treatment.*
Includes follow-up review consultation with your primary care provider or cardiologist, if advised or needed.
Ongoing Care
For those without presenting cardiological symptoms, Includes baseline testing, in-office visit and ongoing email support.*
* If a higher level of care is advised, the initial fees will be deducted from the above cost.
Payments can be made annually or monthly depending on patient preference.
Annual plans begin and payment taken on date of first in-office visit.
Dr. Steinbaum is an out-of-network provider. She can no longer take Medicare.
At the time of visit, patients will be given codes to submit to insurance.
Heart-Tech Health cannot advise or ensure reimbursement as each plan is different.
